Every invoice or email requesting payment can now be considered a “Payment Claim” under the States Acts.

There are now big consequences for Companies and Body Corporates who do not provide a Payment Schedule in response to a Payment Claim or Invoice for any Building or Construction work or the supply of Building & Construction Goods or Services.
